K. E. Nielsen
Linguistic Resources & Outreach
K. E. Nielsen serves as the Linguistic Resource and Outreach lead at Alliance 436, which is a ministry dedicated to supporting missionary families for lasting impact and the advancement of God’s Kingdom. With a background in ESL since 2013, she has taught at a university in China and worked with refugee communities in Dallas, Texas. Kayla is passionate about breaking language barriers to build understanding and open doors for spiritual conversations about Jesus. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her children.

Jeremy Jackson
Resource Management
Jeremy serves in Resource Management and leads Silo, the arm of our nonprofit focused on storing, coordinating, and deploying emergency resources specifically for the Church community when disaster strikes. Silo exists to help guard against scarcity through traditional state and local systems by ensuring the Body of Christ is equipped and prepared. Jeremy holds an AAS degree in Respiratory Care and currently serves as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in Dallas. He brings a strong passion for emergency preparedness and believes deeply in the importance of equipping God’s people in uncertain times. Jeremy is committed to making sure the Church is ready to respond—no matter the need.

Grant Goodrich
Networking and Partnerships
Grant serves in Networking and Partnerships, helping further the Alliance 436 mission to glorify God by encouraging and supporting followers of Jesus Christ as they make His name known. With a background in both pastoral ministry and cross-cultural evangelism, Grant believes deeply in the strength of unity within the Body of Christ—knowing our witness is more powerful together. Romans 12 continues to shape his walk with God, and he seeks to live in faithful obedience within God’s household. Grant enjoys daily adventures with Jesus, his wife, and their two boys, as well as watching and playing sports and lending a hand (or a truck) whenever he can.

Jess Caudle
Local Operations & Mobilization
Jess serves in Local Operations and Mobilization, helping fulfill the nonprofit’s mission to glorify God by supporting and encouraging followers of Jesus Christ as they make His name known. With a background in Human Resources, recruiting, houses of prayer, and cross-cultural ministry, Jess is also trained in inner healing, freedom prayer, and lay counseling. She’s passionate about equipping and sustaining faithful laborers in the harvest, enabling them to continue walking in their callings. A Dallas native, Jess is grateful to serve the nation right in her own city—believing God has placed her here for such a time as this.

Jared Nielsen
Admin and Global Care
Jared serves as Admin and Global Care at our nonprofit, which exists to glorify God by supporting and encouraging followers of Jesus Christ as they make His name known. With a background in business management, organizational leadership, public administration, Biblical teaching, and global missions, Jared brings a breadth of experience to the team. He is passionate about fostering love and care within the Body of Christ as an expression of obedience to the Lord. Outside of work, Jared enjoys traveling, sports, spending time with family, and building LEGOs with his boys.

Hailey Bart
Discipleship & Technology Support
Hailey is the Technology Manager at Alliance436 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Christian Ministry from Criswell College. She previously served nearly ten years as Director of Lancaster Music School and now interns with the Single Adults Ministry at First Baptist Dallas. A lifelong worship leader and musician, Hailey is passionate about equipping ministers to fulfill their calling. She believes Alliance436 helps “feed His sheep” by encouraging and sustaining those in ministry. In her spare time, Hailey enjoys the company of her dog, Dobie, and two cats, Abby and Marley.

Tabitha Bratcher
Communications Team
Tabitha serves on the Communications Team, supporting the mission of the nonprofit to glorify God by encouraging and equipping followers of Jesus Christ. She holds an Associate of Arts degree and has over 20 years of ministry experience with refugees and internationals. Tabitha also served as a Frontiers missionary and communications coordinator in Egypt and Sudan, and has spent the past decade homeschooling her four children. As a former missionary herself, she’s passionate about strengthening those on the front lines and believes Alliance 436 will bring much-needed unity and encouragement to the Body of Christ. Tabitha enjoys singing, acting, being with children, and diving deep into God’s Word.

Abigail Bratcher
Communications Team
Abigail Kay Bratcher serves on the Communications Team at Alliance 436, helping build donor support so the work of missions can continue and grow. A high school student based in Dallas, Texas, Abigail brings a strong work ethic and a heart for people to everything she does—whether assisting with communications or working with children. She’s passionate about making life better for others through her contributions. In her free time, Abigail enjoys playing soccer, singing, and spreading kindness wherever she goes.
